Level 1

Level 2
A level 2 inspection is like level 1, except we will go a step “deeper” and inspect the surrounding areas such as walls, ceilings, attic, basement (if necessary) and any accessible areas that do not require construction to get to.
Level 3
Level 3 is usually in the case of new construction, remodeling, or reconstruction and includes level 1 and 2 as well as open areas around the fireplace and chimney that are exposed from construction prior to reconstruction.
